Preamble

  1. Absolutely no references to current Polish politics. We are discussing the issue in general, without references to Polish political parties or politicians.
  2. Publishing content that violates the law is prohibited, including obscene content, content that incites violence or hatred based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, age, disability (including intersex), or illness (including gender dysphoria, self-aggression, especially self-mutilation, and imbecility).
  3. Publishing content that may violate personal rights is prohibited, especially those of Polish citizens. In practice, this means a ban on publishing any negative content about Polish citizens.
  4. Content regarding the current political situation abroad is acceptable.
  5. Posts and comments must first be approved by the administrator before they can be published.

§1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the website available at www.AktualnaAgenda.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

1.2. The owner and administrator of the Website is a private individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").

1.3. Each User is obligated to comply with the provisions of these Terms of Service upon taking steps to use the Website.

1.4. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of and commitment to comply with the provisions of the Terms of Service.

1.5. Users must be at least 16 years of age to use the Website.

§2. Definitions

2.1. Service - an online platform available at [domain name], enabling Users to publish content and comment on the content of other Users.

2.2. User - a natural person with full legal capacity who has registered on the Service.

2.3. Account - a part of the Service assigned to a given User, through which they can perform specific actions within the Service.

2.4. Content - all materials, including texts, photos, graphics, videos, sounds, comments, opinions, and other data published by Users on the Service.

§3. Registration and Use of the Service

3.1. Using the full functionality of the Service requires creating an Account. Registration is voluntary and free of charge.

3.2. To create an Account, the User must complete the registration form, providing the required data and accepting the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

3.3. The User agrees to provide accurate data and update it if it changes.

3.4. It is prohibited to share their Account with other people or use Accounts belonging to other Users.

3.5. The Administrator reserves the right to delete a User Account in the event of a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

3.6. To prevent the creation of fictitious accounts and other abuses, the portal records and stores the IP address and the "digital fingerprint ID" of the device used to create the account. "digital fingerprint ID" is a unique string of characters created based on information about the device, browser, and other technical parameters. This is a one-way process - device data cannot be read from the "digital fingerprint ID." The User consents to such action by using the Website. This information is used solely to ensure the security of the Website and prevent abuse.

§4. Rules for publishing Content

4.1. By publishing Content on the Website, the User declares that:

  • they are the author or have the appropriate rights to publish them;
  • the Content does not violate applicable law, third-party rights, including copyrights, personal rights, or good practices;
  • they consent to the free use of this Content by the Administrator within the scope of the operation of the Website.

4.2. It is prohibited to publish Content that:

  • concerns internal policy in Poland. We are discussing the issue in general, without referring to Polish politics;
  • refers to Polish politicians or Polish political parties;
  • violates applicable law;
  • violates someone's personal rights;
  • incites violence or hatred based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, age, disability (including intersex), illness (including gender dysphoria, self-aggression, especially self-mutilation, debility), etc.;
  • contains pornographic content;
  • infringes the rights of third parties, including copyright;
  • contains viruses or malware;
  • is spam, advertising, or promoting goods and services;
  • contains personal data of third parties without their consent;
  • presents a specific Polish citizen in a negative light.

4.3. Adult content must be marked with an appropriate flag.

4.4. The Administrator reserves the right to remove Content that violates the Terms of Service without notice and to block access to the Website to Users who violate the Terms of Service.

4.5. The Administrator is not responsible for Content published by Users. The User who published it bears full responsibility for the published Content.
