Wayne O'Rourke posted calls for Southport residents to riot after falsely claiming Muslim terrorist killed three children. His riot-inciting post garnered 1.7 million views. O'Rourke advised rioters on staying anonymous. He shared mosque picture and burning car image urging ''Sunderland, go on lads.'' Posts included ''give them hell lads'' and ''numbers are important.'' O'Rourke earned £1,400 monthly from X via monetization. He had no prior convictions but 2018 fraud caution. Judge rejected his ''dark humour'' excuse and called him instigator fanning flames. Mitigator claimed he got caught in media frenzy as carer for ill partner. O'Rourke admitted publishing material to stir racial hatred from 28 July to 8 August.
