Mexican districts with more European admixture score higher on PISA and Raven's Matrices. Colombian districts with highest European admixture have top SABER scores, with 2.46 SD gap matching 2.67 genetic IQ gap. Brazilian regions with more European ancestry have higher PISA scores, driven by whiteness. Latin American countries show 0.41 correlation between European admixture and national IQ despite economic noise.
