Eleke Sazy site in eastern Kazakhstan features 6th-4th century BCE Early Saka kurgans. 2020 excavations found multiple burial mounds. Artifacts include gold harness fittings, pendants, chains, and appliqués in Scythian-Saka Animal Style. Items date to 5th-4th centuries BCE. Site preceded by Karasuk culture. Followed by Aldy-Bel, Pazyryk, and Tagar cultures. Located at 47.336742°N 82.126114°E in Tarbagatai mountains. Contemporaries include Tasmola, Issyk, and Pazyryk kurgans. Recumbent stag plaque from 8th-6th century BC. Gold hippogriff from Kurgan 7, 5th-4th century BC. Saka kurgans like Salbyk and Arzhan listed in timeline. Eleke Sazy dated c. 600-400 BCE.
