B006 haplotype comprises 9% of X-chromosomes in all non-African populations. B006 virtually absent in sub-Saharan Africans except northern edges via gene flow. B006 matches Neandertal sequence at 20 dys44 sites including unique derived alleles. B006 found worldwide including isolated Australian indigenous communities. Admixture occurred prior to or early in out-of-Africa expansion 80-50 Kya. Non-Africans share Neandertal-derived alleles absent in Africans. Extended B006 haplotype shows high-frequency Neandertal-derived alleles. Sub-Saharan haplotypes like B007 B010 B012 lack Neandertal matches. Cosmopolitan haplotypes found both in and out of Africa except B006. Neandertal contribution verifies Green et al 2010 findings on non-African genomes. Early admixture enabled successful colonization outside Africa. B006 structurally closest to ancestral with only four derived alleles. No Neandertal mtDNA but nuclear admixture confirmed. Deep African subdivisions explain non-African Neandertal similarity alternative to admixture. Paleontology shows nonoverlapping Neandertal H sapiens Levant occupation.
