Household prices rose in 10 EU countries, fell in 14 versus H2 2023. Portugal saw biggest household rise of 14%. Latvia had deepest household drop of 18%. Non-household prices fell 5.4% year-on-year, rose 1.7% from H1 2024. Cyprus non-households pay highest 0.2578 EUR/kWh. Finland non-households pay lowest 0.0767 EUR/kWh. Distribution costs dominate household bills over transmission. Prices spiked in 2022, stabilized higher than pre-crisis. Government subsidies slashed taxes share from 41% peak to 15.5% low.
