France added 1.7 GW. Poland ranked 8th in EU with 0.8 GW. 33 billion euros financed 20 GW future farms. EU forecast 351 GW wind by 2030. Needs 425 GW for 42.5% renewable goal. Wind covered 20% of Europe's electricity use. Denmark hit 56%. Ireland, Sweden, Germany, UK over 30%. Poland at 14%. Growth slowed twice as slow as needed. Admin procedures, slow grids, low electrification block progress. Germany sped up permits sevenfold in five years.
