ALFRED provides allele frequency data on human populations for research. Developed by Kenneth K. Kidd and Judith R. Kidd at Yale Genetics. Includes published data curated over 20 years. New web interface covers only diallelic SNPs. Interface is work in progress with ongoing improvements. No new data added currently.
