The first female professor in the department of computer sciences in the history of Oxford University has become a Pole! One of several oldest universities in the world. Prof. Marta Kwiatkowska is the first woman in history, who not only years ago became the first woman to hold a professorship in the department of computer sciences, but was the first woman in British history to be awarded the British Royal Society's Milner Prize for her outstanding achievements in the development of computer science. She was the first to receive Britain's most important award in computer science. Today, her scientific work has received more than 10,000 citations in peer-reviewed publications.
