Scaffolding nanorods will facilitate sensor manufacturing
Go to the source page

A simpler way to produce miniature chemical sensors for detecting toxic organic compounds in the air, among other things, has been developed by researchers at the University of Warsaw. The one-step-obtained nanorods, which are necessary in such sensors, will also enable chemical reactions to proceed by catalysis.
