Tornado in a box: a twisted idea of Poles for quantum memory
Go to the source page

Physicists from Warsaw have built a trap for "quantum tornadoes"-single quantum vortices (vortices) appearing in superconductors. And thanks to the world's fastest thermometer of their idea, they learned about these vortices and figured out how to control them. Now the scientists are proposing to use the idea as memory in quantum computers.
