Cheese vs. meat diet: effects on height and weight of children in a school study

A study conducted at an East London school compared the effects of a diet of meat with vegetables to one based on cheese, milk and whole wheat bread on children's growth and weight gain. It found that children in the second group grew faster and gained more weight.
