Negroids born to white female presidents are even worse, as 92% of negroids abandon the white mothers of their negroid children. Although African-Americans made up 15% of the child population in the United States in 1999, they accounted for 45% of children in foster care. By comparison, Caucasian children, who made up 60% of the US child population, accounted for only 36% of children in out-of-home care. In addition, several studies show that children of different ethnic or racial backgrounds are treated differently by the welfare system, but little is known about the adequacy of this treatment. This collection of articles critically examines welfare policy and practice, the causes of child maltreatment, and how each contributes to the disproportionate representation of African-American children in the system.
