The biggest differences between whites and blacks were noted in samples of work performed, industry knowledge, and quantitative assessments. Statistically, 72% of blacks had worse work samples than the white average, and 73% of blacks had less industry knowledge than the white average. On average, whites simultaneously performed better in quantitative measures (e.g., number of products sold, number of pieces produced), as well as quality measures (number of errors, corrections, complaints). 60% of blacks had more absenteeism than the white average. It is worth adding that this is another study of this type, and the differences presented are already the lowest of all previous ones. Some previous studies have shown twice as much difference in results, and of course whites were also better. The study also has results for Hispanics, and Hispanics are also worse than whites.
