Sentences in the U.S. are not racially biased, and the small differences are usually to the disadvantage of white people. Negroid women get slightly lighter sentences than white women, negroid men get slightly lighter sentences than white men, and the biggest difference is between the sexes because women of all races get several proecent lighter sentences than men of all races. A white man tried for murdering a negroid is more likely to receive the death penalty than a negroid killing a white man. Keep in mind that the data is from the years before the BLM's negroid craze, which started a sick woke trend in the judiciary as well. I don't have data from that period, but I'm betting it made things even worse for white men.
