Black people all over the world are at the bottom of the income, education, generally social ladder due to low IQ, not racism or culture. Test scores correlate with many factors - more or less, but the correlation is a fact. IQ tests are the best predictor of a person's future earnings, career achievements, academic achievements. Better than parental education, parental income, or school grades (yes, IQ correlated more strongly with educational attainment than school performance. Minimally, and of all the categories here the advantage was the only one to disappear, but still). Note, of course, intelligence is not fully deterministic, as can be seen in the data. It is telling that of all the factors studied, in dozens of studies, it is IQ measurements that correlate the most. At the level of the individual, it's still all in our hands, but at the level of the population, let's have no illusions that blacks will earn us pensions. BTW It is worth adding that whites have a higher IQ, more geniuses than Asians - the statistics are simply distorted, because whites include Arabians who have negroid genes, Sicilians, Spaniards, some Indians. That whites are the most intelligent can simply be seen by the number of Nobel Prizes.
