More specifically, of the 5442 arrests for theft, 4942 involved foreigners, accounting for 91% of the total; and for violent theft, detainees with foreign citizenship accounted for 83.5% of the total. A similar pattern is observed for other types of crimes. Three out of four arrested for sexual assault are foreigners, and 87.5% of those arrested for attempted illegal seizure of property will also do so.
