A UN report which, as the title suggests, sets out the concept of a so-called ‘replacement population’. As early as 2000, when the populations of the First World were still teetering on the brink of survival with a fertility rate of 2, the UN undertook to promote the idea of replacing the white population (and the Japanese) with populations from the Third World. quotes from the source: "Replacement migration: is it a solution to declining and ageing population?
