In 2018, there were 537,204 crimes in the U.S. of which blacks were the perpetrators and whites were the victims (not counting murders, it's mostly rape, robbery, etc.) which accounted for more than 90% of "black-white" crimes. Considering that whites make up 76.5% of the US population and blacks 13.4%
