The All of Us program has published the genomic data of 245,388 participants, 77% of whom are from groups historically underrepresented in biomedical research. More than 1 billion genetic variants were discovered, including more than 275 million previously unreported variants. The study confirmed genotype-phenotype associations, including 117 diseases, in both individuals of European and African descent.
