The discussion about introducing civil unions for homosexuals or same-sex marriages into the Polish legal order need not at all revolve around arguments from the political will of the interested parties themselves or objections formulated in the moral-anthropological language of the Church. These demands can be rejected with arguments from the order of natural law and the category of the common good.
