In a tragic accident at sea, some 65 people died and a 16-year-old girl was raped and strangled aboard a sinking boat. The victim's mother recounted the horrific event, which took place during a trip from Turkey to Italy. The perpetrator, a 27-year-old man from Iraq, was arrested.
