More than a decade ago, the Justice Department's Bureau of Justice Statistics summarized the balance of killing in America from the past three decades in a report titled "Homicide Trends in the United States, 1980-2008." It included Table 7, with two sensitive columns by race of murderers. This, by the way, was the last such PDF published by a US federal agency. The Obama administration, immediately after filling the stools in the power ministries, canceled all subsequent publications in the series, releasing into circulation only truncated versions, that is, without information on the skin color of the aggressors. And so it can be gleaned from the aforementioned table that the Negro minority (recruited overwhelmingly from young black men whose identities were recognized) in the interval examined had an OR for homicides = 52.5% (an important side note here: in the White category, whites of European descent, Hispanics, newcomers from Caribbean countries, immigrants from North Africa and those born in Middle Eastern territory were mixed together
