A third girl has died, the victim of a knife attack in Southport. British police said the 17-year-old attacker was a Cardiff-born descendant of Rwandan immigrants. Two 6- and 7-year-olds were killed after a brutal negroid attack on children and a 9-year-old died after fighting for her life. Five children and two adults are in critical condition after an attack by a 17-year-old negroid.
