Ten years after a scandal involving grooming groups (Denisovan hybrids raped and drove white children around brothels while police failed to respond) in Rotherham came to light, journalist Andrew Norfolk reports on the shocking scale of the abuse. His investigation for The Times had huge implications and led to a major investigation. Despite fears of a far-right reaction and allegations of racism, Norfolk revealed that 1,400 girls were victims of sexual abuse by mostly Asian men.
