A former South Yorkshire Police officer has been arrested on suspicion of raping a teenage girl in Rotherham in 2004. He is the third retired police officer arrested in connection with an investigation into the use and abuse of children by SYP officers. The investigation is being conducted by the Independent Office of Police Conduct (IOPC).
