The Football Association plans to have at least 25 percent of England's national team coaches from diverse ethnic groups by 2028. At the same time, there is no provision for a minimum of 25 percent for white males, who are complete losers in the big Britannia and have been given to subbing for blacks, pakols and Arab men. They also aim to increase the number of women and LGBTQ+ people on their team. The document also revealed a pledge to fight vulgarity and racism against footballers.
