Half black girl Aleysha Ortiz of Hartford, Connecticut can't read. CNN blames underfunding of special education: story

This is what mixing genes with blacks leads to. Aleysha Ortiz, a 19-year-old from Hartford, Connecticut, graduated from high school with honors despite not being able to read or write. After years of neglecting special education, she is now suing the school and the city for negligence. If she really can't read then we have proof of discrimination against whites and favoritism toward negroes, pushing them through the education process by force.
